Back in 2013 Grand Rapids, MI rapper Willie The Kid and legendary LA producer The Alchemist released what would become a true classic in hip-hop history of this new millennium. A theatrical work of art in which Willie The Kid's lavish lyricism perfectly blends in with ALC's elaborate productions, creating a magical atmosphere that pervades you during this mystic listening experience. Every song featured in this project is a movie in itself, every line tells a story of opulent living, images of poolside affairs with beautiful women and villainous scheming. Not only we're also blessed by a crazy verse by The Alchemist himself on "Bad Mistake", the two are also joined by hip-hop elite Action Bronson and Roc Marciano on "Medusa", probably the highlight of the record. Not a dull moment in "Masterpiece Theatre", a storytelling work of art created by two marvelous minds that have once again set new standards in the game.
Five years after its official release, we have teamed up with Willie The Kid and The Alchemist to bring you this record on vinyl as a limited edition of 700 hand-numbered copies, the first 200 pressed on gold vinyl with embossed sleeve and die-cut sticker, 200 on clear red marbled vinyl, and 300 on black vinyl.
