No Cancellation & No Refund Policy

All sales made during our Liquidation Sale are final.
Because this event is intended to clear remaining inventory, we are unable to offer order cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than product damage.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for verification.

  • Once confirmed, we will provide either a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Important Notes

  • No cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be granted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong item ordered, or buyer’s remorse.

  • By placing an order during this liquidation sale, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
