COVID19 UPDATE

Dear friends and supporters, we hope this finds you all well, in good health and safe at home with your loved ones. Unfortunately these are tough times for everyone, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected our community all over the globe in many ways.

As you all might be aware of, Italy is currently the most affected country worldwide, with some very worrying and sad numbers. This past  Saturday, in order to contain this situation, the government has applied new restrictions that are forcing most non-primary industries to stop operations until APRIL 3rd, including ours. We have to respect this decision for our own good and for that of our entire community.

We have fulfilled as many orders as we could with our last shipment, you should all have received e-mails with tracking informations and we ask that you kindly keep an eye on your tracking numbers to ensure all orders are delivered correctly since this pandemic is affecting carriers worldwide. These are very unusual circumstances so we're working day by day to keep an eye on the situation, please don't hesitate in getting in touch with us through this form, we will do our best to assist you.

Cari amici e supporter, speriamo che stiate tutti bene, in buona salute ed a casa con i vostri cari. Purtroppo è momento difficili per tutti, questa inaspettata esplosione del COVID-19 sta avendo drammatiche ripercussioni sulla nostra comunità mondiale.

Come tutti sapete, con l'ultimo decreto emanato dal governo lo scorso Sabato per continuare a contrastare questa pandemia, tutte le aziende non strategiche dovranno cessare tutte le proprie attività fino a VENERDÌ 3 APRILE. Rispettiamo questa decisione per il nostro bene e per quello di tutta la comunità e vi incoraggiamo a seguire e rispettare le indicazioni disposte per limitare i contagi e la diffusione del virus.

Abbiamo evaso più ordini possibili negli ultimi giorni, se avete ricevuto una mail con il tracking vi invitiamo a tenerlo sott'occhio in modo da monitorare la consegna del vostro pacco. Vi ricordiamo che purtroppo molti corrieri stanno avendo problemi con le consegne con tutte queste limitazioni, è quindi probabile che ci saranno ritardi. Restiamo a vostra completa disposizione per qualsiasi domanda e chiarimento tramite questo form, faremo il nostro meglio per assistervi in tempi brevi.
